For All Users

• Be respectful. Treat everyone with dignity. Harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks of any kind are not tolerated.
• Be honest. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Protect privacy. Do not share personal contact information (phone numbers, social media, email) in chat to circumvent the Platform.
• No illegal activity. Use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
• No spam. Do not send unsolicited messages, promotions, or repetitive content.

For Clients

• Approach sessions with an open mind. Readings are for guidance and entertainment purposes.
• Be clear about what you are seeking. Advisors cannot be held responsible for decisions you make based on a reading.
• Leave honest reviews. Reviews help the community — do not leave fake, malicious, or incentivized reviews.
• Do not attempt to negotiate prices outside of the Platform's credit system.

For Advisors

• Accurate profiles. Your bio, specialties, and profile photo must be genuine and up to date.
• Professional conduct. Maintain a respectful, supportive tone at all times.
• No guarantees. Do not make promises about specific outcomes (winning lottery numbers, curing illness, etc.).
• Availability honesty. Set your status accurately. Do not appear online when unavailable.
• No external solicitation. Do not direct clients to external platforms or payment methods.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. Decisions are made at Solara Psychics' sole discretion. For appeals, contact [email protected].
